Kit Homes Prices Details
You will note the breakdown of prices for different stages of home kits:
1. Lock up stage home kits
2. Lining stage home kits
3. Final stage home kits
4. Floor kits (optional – when you choose elevated floor instead of
concrete slab)
So if you plan to do it yourself (DIY), i.e. to obtain an owner builder license and build your dream home as an owner builder, you can choose to which stage of home kits you want.
You can also employ a licensed builder to do it for you (DIFY). We may be able to arrange an iBuild Affiliated Builder for your build.
For your budgeting purpose, you will also note the estimated construction cost in the far right table. Please be advised the estimated labour & construction cost is a general guide only, based on build on concrete slab only. Site specific conditions may significantly impact the actual cost. For DIFY budget purpose, you will need to add up the full kits materials costs and the labour & construction cost.

You can manage yourself or ask iBuild to help for a service fee.
Delivery Cost
Delivery from any of 5 major capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth) to client’s site can be arranged at approximately $750/100km
Labour & Erection Costs
Highly dependent on local builder and tradies charge-out rates, and site specific conditions such as soil, wind rating and bush fire attack levels requirements.
